Your Solution for Family Class Applications

We have decades of experience providing clients with representation in Family Class sponsorships. Sponsoring someone for permanent residence has become a fairly arduous task with the amount of documentation that must be provided. If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent residence seeking to sponsor a family member or your parents, we know how to get this process done as efficiently as possible.

We can help ensure you meet all of the criteria to sponsor a relative to come to Canada as a permanent resident and assist with the application process.

Your Solution for Family Sponsorship

You can sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent child if: You’re at least 18 years old; You’re a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act; You’re able to prove that you’re not receiving social assistance for reasons other than a disability; You can provide for the basic needs of any persons you want to sponsor.

We can help ensure you meet all of the criteria to sponsor a relative to come to Canada as a permanent resident and assist with the application process.

Your Solution for Sponsoring Other Relatives

Depending on your situation, you can sponsor an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild only if they meet all of the conditions or, you may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age, if you meet all of the conditions.

Sponsoring other relatives is a tedious task with many conditions outlined by the Canadian Government. Our consulting services will guide you through whether you meet all of requirements for this type of immigration process or provide other solutions to get your loved ones to Canada.

Your Solution for Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship

You can sponsor your own parents and grandparents, related by blood or adoption and also can include your brothers and sisters, or half brothers and sisters, or step-brothers and step-sisters only if they qualify as dependant children.

The criteria for this application is extensive and navigating how to sponsor you loved ones to move to Canada can be overwhelming. We work with you closely to ensure you and your family members have the right documentation and eligibility for Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship.
